OPPO Reno 8 launched in China on 23rd May 2022 with a budget Midrange MediaTek Dimensity 1300. Overall it’s a basic budget midrange package for a smartphone.

OPPO Reno 8 comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display with a 90Hz Refresh Rate and 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate.

Due to AMOLED Display, The OPPO Reno 8 supports HDR10+ and DCI-P3 Color Gamut.

OPPO Reno 8 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to protect the display from scratch and damage.

OPPO Reno 8 sports Budget Midrange MediaTek Dimensity 1300 Processor. The MediaTek Dimensity 1300 has been fabricated on the 6NM process node.

For Graphic intensive workload, MediaTek Dimensity 1300 features Arm Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.

OPPO Reno 8 packs a triple rear camera setup. It features a Sony IMX766 50MP (OIS) Primary Camera followed by a 2MP Macro Camera and a 2MP Depth Camera. 

OPPO Reno 8 features a Sony IMX709 32MP autofocus camera for shooting selfies on the front of the display.

OPPO Reno 8 comes with OPPO’s Mariana Mari Silicon X For better image processing and enhancing photos.
